JACOB JANES
Jacob Janes is an artist, educator, and former competitive wrestler hailing from Hannibal, Missouri. He co-founded Janes and Pang Atelier in St. Louis with his fiancée, focusing on teaching visual awareness and fostering both personal and community growth through art.
Janes had a distinguished wrestling career at Hannibal High School, where he set seven school records and became the 140-pound Missouri State Champion in 2010. He continued his athletic pursuits at Lindenwood University, earning All-American honors in 2012 and 2013. While at Lindenwood, he also obtained a BFA in Painting/Drawing in 2015, blending his athletic discipline with artistic expression.
